Handyman / Carpenter – Commercial Property MaintenanceThis is a hands-on and varied role suited to someone who takes pride in their work, can confidently work independently and enjoys solving the day-to-day maintenance issues that come with managing commercial properties.
You'll travel between properties completing repairs, preventative maintenance, minor carpentry works and general property upkeep.Key responsibilitiesCompleting routine, preventative, urgent and ad-hoc property maintenanceUndertaking minor carpentry, repairs and general handyman worksInspecting properties and identifying maintenance or repair requirementsCompleting minor building, fixtures, doors, locks and general property repairsAssisting with grounds and external property maintenance where requiredCoordinating with the Facility Manager regarding maintenance priorities and upcoming worksManaging assigned work orders from receipt through to completionEngaging and coordinating specialist contractors where works are outside your scopeMonitoring contractor attendance,
