Senior Property Manager / 2IC / Operations ManagerIf you're an experienced Property Manager who enjoys the industry but is ready for something different from managing the same portfolio every day, this could be a great move.This is a diverse position where you'll become a key support person across the Property Management department.
There is no permanent portfolio attached to the role.
Instead, you'll move across the business, stepping in where needed, supporting staff and helping management keep the department running effectively.What You'll Be DoingHelp onboard and train new team membersStep in and manage portfolios when Property Managers are on annual or sick leaveAssist management with compliance, reporting and team performanceBe a go-to person for the PM team when they need advice or an extra set of handsAssist with leasing when additional support is requiredWork through challenging landlord, tenant and QCAT mattersProvide hands‐on operational support across the Property Management departmentTroubleshoot issues and help staff find practical solutionsJump across different areas of the business depending on where support is neededHelp keep the day-to-day Property Management operation running smoothAbout YouWe're looking for someone with strong Property Management experience who is confident enough to work across different portfolios,
