Compliance & Risk Management Recruitment - Ryde NSWAn opportunity is available for an ISO Auditor to join an established and growing certification and assurance organisation, working with a diverse client base across Greater Sydney.This role would suit either an experienced auditor or someone with robust hands-on experience working with certified management systems who is looking to develop a career in third-party auditing.The RoleYou'll assess client management systems against internationally recognised ISO standards, primarily:ISO **** - Quality ManagementISO ***** - Environmental ManagementISO ***** - Occupational Health & SafetyYou'll work across a broad range of industries including construction, manufacturing, mining, logistics, consulting and professional services.Audits are delivered through a hybrid model, combining remote planning and document review with onsite client visits.
Most clients are located within Greater Sydney, with only occasional travel across NSW and the ACT.Your responsibilities will include:Conducting ISO certification audits against relevant standardsPlanning and preparing audits, including document reviews and audit programsMeeting with senior management, operational teams and frontline staffObserving client operations and assessing management systems in practicePreparing clear,



concise and professional audit reportsProviding practical and constructive feedback to clientsManaging your own audit schedule and working independently across client sites, home and the North Ryde officeAbout YouYou don't necessarily need to already be an experienced third-party ISO auditor.We're particularly interested in people who have 3+ years' experience working with certified management systems, either as an auditor or from within an organisation operating under ISO certification.Ideally, you will bring:Working knowledge of ISO ****, ISO ***** and/or ISO *****Experience with quality, environmental, WHS or integrated management systemsStrong communication skills and confidence engaging with people at all levelsThe ability to understand how management systems operate in practical business environmentsStrong organisation and time-management skillsClear and concise report-writing capabilityA customer-focused, practical and approachable styleThe ability to work autonomously and manage client relationshipsWhat's On Offer$100,000 - $110,000 + superannuationHybrid working across client sites, home and the North Ryde officeFull internal training and mentoringLead Auditor training following probationSupportive and experienced team environmentPaid parental leaveEmployee rewards and discount programEmployee Assistance ProgramCompany laptop$2,000 annual allowance for work-related expenses and incidentalsOpportunity to build a long-term career within a growing international certification and assurance group
