How you'll make an impact
As the Records Coordinator you will be responsible for the administration, integrity, security and ongoing developmentof Council's Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS).
This position provides organisation-wide leadership in records and informationmanagement, ensuring Council's records are created, maintained, stored,accessed and disposed of in accordance with legislative requirements, NSW StateRecords standards, Council policies and approved retention and disposalauthorities.
This position offers an attractive salary ranging from $64,360to $81,993gross per annum, plus superannuation (12 per cent), withcommencing salary dependant on qualifications, skills, qualifications andexperience.
What you'll bring to our team
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
Experience administering and maintaining an ElectronicDocument and Records Management System (EDRMS), including system configuration,user support, security permissions and records governance.
Demonstrated knowledge of, or experience working with, relevant legislation including the State Records Act ****, Government Information (Public Access) Act ****, Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act **** and related information governance obligations.




Excellent digital literacy and demonstratedproficiency in Microsoft Office applications(Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel) and the ability toconfidently use a variety of software products and business systems.
Sound knowledge and experience applying records andinformation management principles, including records classification, retention,disposal and archiving practices in accordance with legislative requirementsand approved Retention and Disposal Authorities.
