With a focus on safety, innovation and client satisfaction, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee project delivery and support continued business growth in the Mackay, Whitsunday and Queensland regions.What You Will Be DoingManaging commercial construction projects from planning through to completionOverseeing project budgets, schedules and resource allocationCoordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site teamsMonitoring project progress and ensuring key milestones are achievedMaintaining compliance with WHS legislation and company proceduresConducting site inspections and quality assurance reviewsBuilding and maintaining strong stakeholder and client relationshipsIdentifying project risks and implementing effective solutionsWhat You Will NeedCertificate III in Carpentry and/or demonstrated Project Management experienceMinimum 2-5 years' experience as a Site Supervisor or Project ManagerCurrent CPR and First Aid CertificationValid White Card (Construction Induction)Strong understanding of WHS legislation and site compliance requirementsExcellent leadership and communication skillsProactive and solutions-focused approachStrong organisational and time management skillsAbility to be based in the Mackay and Whitsunday RegionsWillingness to travel throughout Queensland as requiredWhat's in it for you?
