Due to continued growth, we're looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to help expand our Hygiene division across Newcastle and the Central Coast.
This is a true hunter role, focused on identifying opportunities, building relationships, and winning new customers.You'll have the freedom to manage your own territory, generate leads, meet with prospective clients, and drive revenue growth while being supported by one of Australia's leading hygiene and essential services providers.What You'll Be DoingDeveloping new business opportunities across the Newcastle and Central Coast regionsProspecting through cold calling, networking, referrals and site visitsBuilding and managing a solid sales pipelineMeeting with potential customers to understand their needsPresenting tailored hygiene solutions to businessesPreparing proposals,



negotiating agreements and closing dealsMaintaining accurate records within our CRM systemWorking closely with operational teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clientsWhat We're Looking ForPrevious experience in sales, business development or customer-facing rolesA hunter mentality and drive to win new businessStrong communication and relationship-building skillsConfidence working independently and managing your own territoryGood computer skills and experience using CRM systemsA current Australian Driver's LicenceWhat's In It For You?
