This service role is the perfect opportunity for an experienced hotel receptionist or experienced property manager to develop their skills in a recent field adding more variety to your day.
7 shifts per fortnight.
One week 3 days (Fri-Sun), other week 4 days (Thu-Sun) plus the option of Public Holidays.Our team are passionate about both guest service and property management and are building a supportive workplace culture on the foundation of teamwork, regardless of the department or role.This role is guest facing at any of 3 hotel receptions in the Townsville CBD, assisting with guest service, day to day hotel operations and minor maintenance.The successful applicant will have:A passion for providing exceptional guest serviceThe ability to problem solve and resolve guest requests quicklyEither reception or property management experience.Hold a current QLD drivers licence.
