The role
The team advises Australian and international investors, developers, funds, and corporates across a broad range of commercial real estate sectors, delivering commercially focused advice on complex transactions and major developments.
Advise on acquisitions and disposals of commercial real estate assets
Draft, negotiate, and review key transactional and development documentation
Support major real estate developments from structuring through to completion
Work directly with clients and collaborate across multiple practice areas

About you
You will have 1-3 years post admission experience in a business real estate practice.
Additionally, you will have:
Solid analytical and communication skills, with a sound understanding of the real estate sector and the ability to deliver clear, commercially focused advice
A strong client service mindset, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships
Strong technical ability, sound commercial judgement, and excellent attention to detail
A genuine interest in complex, large-scale real estate work
Strong academic performance
