You'll be comfortable taking ownership while remaining highly visible and involved in the day-to-day operation.You'll bring:Strong hospitality management experience, ideally within a busy bar, pub or late-night venueThe ability to lead, coach and develop a high-performing teamA strong presence on the floor during peak service periods, including late nights and weekendsCommercial thinking and the ability to generate revenue-building ideas across all aspects of the businessExperience writing and controlling effective rosters and managing labour costsConfidence with stocktakes and investigating stock loss and variancesStrong operational and financial understandingA hands-on, energetic leadership style with a genuine focus on people and cultureA current RMLV and Approved Manager licence, or the ability to obtain themIf you're ready to step up, take ownership and put your stamp on a high-energy Fortitude Valley venue, we'd love to hear from you.
