We believe that when educators feel happy and supported, they are able to provide the very best education and care for children.We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Certificate III or Diploma qualified Educator to join our established team in a Lead Educator role.If you are passionate about Early Childhood Education, enjoy being part of a close-knit team and are looking for a workplace where your contribution is genuinely valued, we'd love to meet you.About the RoleAs a Lead Educator, you will:Build positive, respectful and supportive relationships with children, families and your fellow educatorsLead and support the day-to-day operation of your roomWork collaboratively with educators and our leadership teamPlan and implement engaging, play-based learning experiences in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)Support children's individual development, interests and learningCreate and maintain safe, welcoming and engaging learning environmentsContribute to the centre's educational program and continuous improvementProvide guidance and support to educators within your roomBe an active and positive member of our centre communityAbout YouWe are looking for someone who:Holds a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care,



or an ACECQA-approved equivalent qualificationHas a current Working With Children CheckHolds current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualificationsHas a sound understanding of the EYLF and National Quality StandardIs passionate about providing high-quality education and careHas strong written and verbal communication skillsIs organised, reliable and professionalEnjoys working collaboratively as part of a teamBrings a positive, friendly and caring approach to their roleWhy Join The Learning Cottage?
