You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, responsible for qualifying inbound and outbound leads, booking them into meetings with our Relationship Managers, and keeping our CRM pipeline accurate and well-managed.This role requires strong communication skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to work at pace in a growing business.
If you are organised, people-oriented, and energised by working toward a meaningful mission, this role is for you.What You Will DoLead Contact and EducationExecute outbound contact campaigns to prospect lists via phone, email, and SMSRespond to inbound enquiries across web, phone, and social channels within agreed service levelsDeliver initial education on Indigenous Wealth services and property investment to prospective clientsLog all contact attempts and outcomes in HubSpotLead QualificationApply consistent qualification criteria to assess prospect readiness, financial position, and investment intentScore and prioritise leads based on readiness, budget,
and seriousnessPrepare clear qualification summaries for Relationship Manager handoverMaintain a pipeline of near-qualified prospects and manage re-engagement timingAppointment ManagementBook qualified prospects into Relationship Manager calendars and manage availabilitySend meeting confirmations and automated reminders via HubSpotTrack show and no-show rates, and follow up with no-shows to rebookRelay Relationship Manager feedback on lead quality to continuously improve qualificationCRM and Pipeline OperationsMaintain clean, complete, and accurate records across all prospect interactions in HubSpotMonitor pipeline stages and flag stalled leads for re-engagementTrack lead source attribution and contribute to conversion reportingSupport workflow and automation improvements to increase operational efficiencyABOUT YOU:Passion for, and connection to, the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communityStrong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence on the phoneHigh attention to detail and commitment to data accuracyComfortable working with CRM systemsAble to manage a busy workload, prioritise effectively, and meet service levelsA positive, professional manner and genuine desire to help peopleInterest in property, finance, or professional services is an advantage but not essentialAble to work outside normal working hours if requiredFull-time and Part-time positions availableWhat You Will GainA structured onboarding experience and transparent role expectations from day oneA front-row seat in a fast-growing, mission-driven advisory businessExposure to property investment, financial services, and business operationsGenuine career development opportunitiesBase pay + super on top + commission and bonus opportunities.
