This role will see you leading and supporting the in-house maintenance operations team across the overnight shift to ensure that all plant, equipment and essential building services operate effectively, efficiently and deliver business continuity, 24/7.This role is a 12-month maximum term contract and is rostered for permanent 12-hour overnight shifts (7pm to 7am).
To be considered, you'll need to have flexibility to work across a 24/7 rotating roster which includes weekends and public holidays.You'll be:Leading a small team to deliver business continuity and maintenance excellence, whilst ensuring a high-level of customer serviceResponding to and delegating work orders, including accurate data is entered into MaximoSupporting the shift teams looking after Gaming, Food & Beverage (F&B;), Hotel and Wardrobe maintenance servicesCoordinating responses and providing technical and procedural direction across teamsCoordinating, implementation, and monitoring of Crown's safety systems for high-risk workIssuing permits,
