Purpose-led organisation creating positive community impactThe positionAs Executive Assistant to the Chief People Officer (CPO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will provide high-level, confidential and proactive support that keeps two critical portfolios moving.
You will bring structure to competing priorities, coordinate executive and Board-related workflows, and ensure actions, approvals and strategic deliverables progress on time.VMCH.

This is an autonomous and trusted role for an intuitive, highly organised skilled who enjoys anticipating needs, solving problems and building strong relationships.
You will combine outstanding executive support with project coordination, event delivery and business improvement, helping our People and Business Services teams achieve meaningful outcomes.The responsibilitiesProactively manage complex calendars, travel, meetings and competing priorities across the CPO and CFO portfoliosMaintain strong governance, financial administration, records and tracking tools, while identifying business improvement opportunitiesPrepare agendas, briefing papers, executive correspondence, accurate minutes and follow-up actionsCoordinate relevant Board, Finance & Audit Committee, People & Culture Committee and Executive papersSupport strategic projects and key organisational events, including planning, budgets, logistics, communications and post-event reviews.What's requiredProven experience providing high-level executive support in a complex environment,
