Role description: We are seeking an experienced Senior Agile Project Manager to plan, lead, and deliver a portfolio of complex initiatives through high‐performing Agile teams.
This role focuses on enabling teams to work effectively within an established Agile framework, ensuring successful delivery outcomes are aligned with organisational strategy.
You will be an exceptional communicator, confident in engaging and presenting to stakeholders across all levels of seniority and varying degrees of technical expertise.
A key aspect of the role is coaching, mentoring, and supporting teams to improve their Agile ways of working.
You will proactively identify delivery risks, issues, impediments, and blockers at critical stages of the project lifecycle, and work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders to facilitate practical, value‐driven solutions.
Partnering closely with business stakeholders, you will empower Agile teams to deliver technology solutions that support strategic objectives, enabling innovative digital capabilities, enhanced user experiences, and improved business efficiency.
