As the Store Manager at Hype DC Sunshine Plaza, you will play a critical role delivering and executing the brand vision, establishing a high-performance culture within your store, creating memorable moments for both internal and external customers and achieving operational excellence.
You will work collaboratively with your Area Manager, State Manager and in store team to deliver a people first culture, maximise sales growth in your business all whilst accelerating your personal career growth in a leadership role.
Key responsibilities
Create a people first culture and environment by empowering and developing talent within your teamRun a multimillion dollar store and drive financial sales goals and metricsDeliver on the brand vision and strategyBe on the floor 80% of your week to ensure that customers are at the core of everyday business decisions and provide memorable experiencesProvide coaching, support, and feedback to drive resultsRecruitment, selection and onboarding of all new team members within your storeDeliver a seamless omni-channel experience to consumers in-storeEnsure your store shows up as best in class through Visual Merchandising excellenceEnsure stores are a fun and protected place for customers and teamManage rosters and achieve cost efficiency metrics
About you
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a premium, fast-paced retail environment, with a proven record in driving sales and KPI targetsA team player who strives for excellence across Sales, Operations and team developmentExperience and passion for delivering best in class experiencesA coach who can motivate, inspire,
