Immediate start.The role40 hours per weekMonday - Friday (usual hours are 7:30am to 4pm).
Day to day duties include:A variety of general maintenance duties including, but not limited to:Minor Carpentry workMinor patching and paintingMinor paving and concrete repairsLamp and tube replacementPlumbing blockages, repairs and maintenanceAlthough our service area covers from the Moreton Bay region to the Gold Coast, the majority of sites you will attend will be in and around Brisbane's CBD.Opportunities for overtimeWork vehicle (which can be used for your commute), iphone, uniforms and PPE suppliedPaid training as requiredFull admin supportRequired Skills & Experience:A minimum of 1year general maintenance experience preferredProfessional conduct and appearanceAbility to communicate effectively and complete electronic formsAvailability to attend some after hours and weekend work (overtime is paid at applicable rates)Ability to work autonomously and as part of a teamA willingness to learn new skills and to take on any task requestedCurrent white/blue cardAdditional Skills Advantageous:EWPWorking at HeightsOur businessWe specialise in fast turnaround services andmaintenance to keep our clients' commercial facilities,
