This role is ideal for a professional looking to sharpen their technical skills in contract administration and project management while working on high-quality assets across London.Candidate RequirementsWe are seeking a candidate with a solid foundation in UK building surveying practices who is eager to take the next step in their professional development.Experience: 3 to 6 years of proven experience as a Building Surveyor within the United Kingdom.Education: A degree in Building Surveying or a relevant construction-related discipline.Professional Status: MRICS Chartered status is preferred; however, we actively welcome candidates who are currently working toward their APC, including those 12 to 18 months from completion.Sector Exposure: Experience providing reports for education, commercial, or residential properties is highly desirable.Technical Skills:



Strong experience in Contract Administration and Project Management.
A robust understanding of current UK Building Safety Regulations is essential.Specialist Knowledge: Familiarity with Party Wall matters and the Party Wall Act ****, as well as an understanding of Dilapidations, is highly desirable.Personal Attributes: Solid communication and client liaison skills are essential.
Experience in mentoring junior team members is a significant asset.Right to Work: Candidates must possess a valid right to live and work in the United Kingdom.
