The primary purpose of this position is to complete all required safety compliance work needed to ensure properties meet the current legislative guidelines for Landlords.Does this sound like you?
Experience in domestic installations, maintenance,



fault finding & board upgradesExperience in smoke alarm compliance (desirable)A current electrical license (Nominated Supervisor or Contractors Licence is perfered by not essential)A current driver's licenseIdeal location would suit someone that lives from Wollongong to South Sydney (Fairy Meadow, Corrimal, Thirroul or as far north as Cronulla, Sutherland, Menai and Engadine)What you'll be doing:Smoke alarm complianceCorded blind complianceRCD safety switch testingWater compliance for rental propertiesNB: All training providedWhat you'll get in return:ABOVE AWARD + SUPER + VEHICLE + FUEL + MOBILEEnjoy work/life balance; work 40 hours over 4 days & enjoy a 3 day weekend EVERY WEEK!
