it could be improving mobility so they're able to get back to a weekly social group or feel more confident getting out into their community.You'll provide practical, evidence-based care that supports long-term health, independence, and wellbeing, while building genuine relationships with the people you support.Your day might include:Designing and delivering tailored exercise programs that improve function, mobility and wellbeingFacilitating individual and group exercise sessions, including hydrotherapyMonitoring progress and adapting programs as needs changeWorking alongside a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic careSupporting customers, carers and families with advice, education and referralsSharing your knowledge with students and team membersParticipating in team meetings, professional development and ongoing learningWe're looking for an Exercise Physiologist to join our Gympie team, helping people stay strong, independent and connected to the life they love close to home.
While you'll be based in Gympie, there may be opportunities to support customers across the northern Sunshine Coast as needed.
