Site Manager - $7M Architectural Home Build - NewportSite Manager - $7M Architectural Home Build - Newport - 5 Days Per WeekAn award winning architectural home builder is seeking a Site Manager to join their team and manage a brand new project for them which is a $7M home in Newport.This is a long-term position suiting someone who enjoys detailed work, communicates well, and has the drive to move a project and team forward.You'll work alongside an experienced Project Manager, a capable Leading Hand and a robust trade base, enabling you to focus on quality delivery, client relationships and maintaining high standards on site.Your Responsibilities:Manage the day-to-day operations on site, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiencyOversee subcontractors, suppliers, and trades to maintain program and budgetLiaise with clients, architects, consultants,



and engineers to ensure smooth deliveryMonitor progress and provide regular updates to the Project ManagerEnsure compliance with WHS regulations and company safety standardsRead and interpret construction drawings and specificationsLead and motivate the on-site team to deliver a top-tier finishWhat We're Looking For:Minimum 3 years' experience as a Foreman / Site Manager in high-end residential construction (essential)Experience on large formwork projects (big advantage)Proven experience delivering architecturally designed homesStrong leadership and team coordination skillsConfident communicator with the ability to manage stakeholders professionallyThorough understanding of construction processes, legislation, and WHS standardsExcellent planning, scheduling, and problem-solving capabilitiesCarpentry background is preferred.
