This role is pivotal in supporting our Service and Sales departments, ensuring accurate parts interpretation, timely supply, and exceptional internal and external customer service aligned with the premium standards of the Mercedes-Benz brand.You will be a detail-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance dealership environment and takes pride in delivering precision, efficiency, and a premium customer experience to our valued clients.In This Role You WillAccurately interpret, identify, and supply parts for workshop technicians and retail customersManage parts enquiries via phone, email, and in person with a professional, customer-focused approachProcess parts orders, invoicing,
