PERSOL is excited to be partnering with ITW in their search for an experienced Product Manager to join their team in the Polymers and Fluids division.This is an exciting chance for a commercially minded Product Manager to take ownership of a well recognised product portfolio and drive strategic growth through category leadership across industrial, automotive, trade, and retail markets.About the RoleReporting directly to the Marketing Director ANZ, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the success of the product portfolio across the trade and retail markets.
You will be accountable for the strategic positioning, development, and performance of key product categories, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives and market opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and deliver the product roadmap across assigned categoriesManage full product lifecycle including pricing, simplification, innovation, and channel growth initiativesDevelop and execute category strategies aligned to annual and long-range business plansBuild business cases and manage projects through the ITW Stage Gate processAnalyse market trends, customer needs, competitor activity,
