We make short journeys the best they can be; convenient, fun, secure and kinder to the planet.This role involves transporting a cargo bikes into the city using a company van to load, replace batteries, or perform basic maintenance as needed.
The position combines driving with ensuring e-bikes are correctly positioned in line with council parking regulations, helping create a positive experience for both the community and riders.This role will be focused on picking up bikes from one area and moving them to another.Role: Field RangerStart Date: ASAPDuration: OngoingHours: 6 am - 2 pm OR 2 pm - 10 pm on a rotating roster.

$***** p/hr + superResponsibilities:Assist with e-bike deployment and retrievalOperate from one of our vans around Sydney to transport Cargo Bike into the CBDRetrieving and swapping batteries at our satellite hubLoading the bike with batteries from the vanWork with a team to operate a van to redistribute products as requiredUse smart device applications to locate and operate devicesRespond to various tasks as they are assignedAbility to work under minimal supervisionA team environment where safety and quality are a priorityTroubleshoot technical issues on siteWork with field rangers (on foot) to optimise efficiencyRequirements:Over the age of 25 (for vehicle insurance purposes)Experience driving a van in the cityFull, unrestricted Australian driver license with a clean recordTech Savvy is preferredAbility to be very active and bend and lift up to 30kg frequentlyA great attitude and ability to work well with others, teamwork is a key to success!
Comfortable working alonePrevious delivery, mechanical, logistics, and inventory experience is a bonusKnowledge of local area geography and street layout preferred but not required.Comfortable with using an app to locate e-bikes
