This is a business built for speed and output, with a strong internal culture and a real focus on the people who keep it running.Reports to: Factory ManagerWorking hours: Afternoon shift, 2:00pm–12:00am Monday–ThursdayAbout the roleEverything that leaves this site to the customer passes through your hands last - output, timing and final presentation all sit with you before dispatch.
You'll manage the packing room lead and the team beneath them, working closely with the Factory Manager to keep the line moving and adjust quickly when something threatens to hold up an order.
It's a role that carries real weight day to day, since a hold-up here has an immediate, visible impact on what actually reaches the customer.
Consistency matters here as much as anything - keeping output steady shift after shift rather than firefighting one-off problems.
You'll also have a hand in developing the room lead and line leads beneath you, building capability across the team as the site continues to grow.Key responsibilitiesLead live production and output across the packing roomEnsure on-time,
