Waterproofing Compliance Services – Prestons NSWWe are looking for an experienced Design Manager to join our growing team.This is a hands‐on technical and client‐facing role for someone with strong waterproofing and construction knowledge who takes pride in delivering compliant, practical and high-quality solutions.

You'll work across waterproofing designs, specifications, Performance Solutions, inspections and estimating, while building strong client relationships and contributing to the growth of the business.The RoleYou'll be responsible for:Reviewing drawings and specifications in accordance with the NCC and relevant Australian StandardsPreparing compliant waterproofing designs,



specifications and Performance SolutionsProviding practical technical recommendations to clientsConducting site inspections and preparing quality assurance reportsPreparing estimates and specifications based on project requirementsManaging project documentation, timelines, tenders and pipeline activityBuilding strong client relationships and identifying new business opportunitiesSupporting, mentoring and developing junior consultants and team membersAbout YouYou'll bring strong technical knowledge of waterproofing membranes, the NCC, Building Code and relevant Australian Standards, along with the ability to interpret building drawings and develop Performance Solutions where required.You'll also have excellent attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to confidently manage multiple projects and priorities.
