laundry and meal preparationSupporting customers in the use of aids and personal equipmentSupporting customers with complex and/or challenging needsMonitoring the well-being of customers and reporting on their progressProvide updates on customer progress following each serviceAbout you:Good interpersonal skills & written/verbal communication skillsAbility to build rapport & good working relationshipsComfortable using technology (i.e. mobile app) for accessing rosters & recording customer notes/feedbackWhat you will need:NDIS Worker Screening Clearance / Criminal Record CheckProof of Vaccination(where relevant) i.e. COVID-19 vaccination certificateCurrent First Aid certificate/CPRCurrent Australian Drivers LicenseReliable, registered, and insured vehicleSmart phone with internet accessCurrent Working with Children Check (preferred)Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Home & Community Care, Individual Support or Disability Services (preferred)Possible starts with you!
