You'll combine your passion for coaching and development with practical, hands-on training delivery, both in the classroom and on the road.What You'll DoFacilitate engaging classroom training sessions for new and experienced drivers, covering safety, customer service and efficient vehicle operationCoordinate and deliver on-road skills instruction, supporting participants to gain their HR licenceAssess driver competence through practical evaluations and provide constructive, development-focused feedbackMentor and support drivers, fostering a positive learning environment and a proactive safety cultureMaintain accurate training and HSE data,
