uphold theSPAProfessionalStandardsand contribute positively to a collaborative and supportive team environment.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive speech and communication assessments for NDIS participants.Design and implement evidence-based therapy plans that promote positive outcomes and reduce barriers to communication.Deliver training and guidance to families,carersand staff on implementing communication strategies and therapy plans.Ensure all interventionscomply withorganisational policies, procedures,NDIS Code of Conduct andadheresto the SPAprofessionalstandards.Develop therapy and support strategies that reflect each participant's goals, preferences and values ensuring they have an active role in their planning.Maintainaccurateandtimelyclinical documentation in line with defensible documentation standards.Manage workflow and ensure a positive high-performing team culture.Engage effectively with participants,familiesand external stakeholders to ensure person-centred outcomes.About YouWe areseekinga passionate and proactive professional who is committed to delivering person-centred, evidence-based supports.
