This is a permanent position.Key responsibilitiesBuilding client relationshipsDeveloping new project scopesManaging and obtaining approvals for projectsAttending project meetings and communication with clientsCommunicating and coordinating subcontractorsManaging project programs to ensure delivery within the project timelineQuality control of projectsManaging of onsite WHS requirementsManaging project documentation and administrationAbout youCompleted Bachelor of Construction Management or similarMinimum 5 years experience in commercial constructionExperience in pub, club and hospitality fitouts preferable but not necessaryUnderstanding of the Australian Standards and NCCCurrent driver's licenseCan read and interpret construction drawings and plansExperience with the NSW Planning PortalProficient with use of Microsoft Office suiteReliable, proactive, strong work ethicAbility to work in a team environment, but also able to work on your ownSalary Package will be dependent on the candidate's skills and experience.
