Holding Hands Early Learning is seeking a reliable, experienced, and passionate Educator to join their warm, supportive, and professional team.
You will work alongside a dedicated team supporting children aged 12 months to 5 years across two learning environments - Preschool (3-5 years) and Early Learning (12 months - 3 years).
Key responsibilitiesSupport children aged 12 months to 5 years in a nurturing, inclusive and empowering environmentContribute to the planning cycle, including observations, programming, and evaluation of children's learning experiencesDemonstrate high quality practice aligning with EYLF and NQSCommunicate and engage positively with children and familiesWork effectively as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility, initiative,



and willingness to support othersAbout youDiploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or CERT3 candidates willing to work towards a Diploma qualification)Minimum of 12 months experience working in an ECEC setting with children 0-5 yearsNSW Working with Children CheckPolice check (have or willing to obtain)Child Protection CHCPRT025 certificateNational Child Safety Training certificate (geccko)Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma trainingPositive, proactive approach and genuine passion for supporting children's learning and developmentFlexibility with rosteringAbout usHolding Hands Early Learning is a recently established, family owned and operated service in Balgownie.
