Our retirement living communities are more than places to live, they are places where friendships flourish, independence is celebrated, and people feel genuinely at home.We are looking for an experienced and relationship focused Sales Manager to support our Retirement Living communities at Parkland Villas Mandurah and Woodstock West Village in Bunbury with roughly 80% of your time spent at Parkland VillasThis is an opportunity to combine your commercial expertise with meaningful work, helping older Australians and their families navigate an important life decision and find a community where they can truly thrive.About the roleYou will be the trusted guide throughout the customer journey, supporting prospective residents from their initial enquiry through to settlement and move in.Success in this role is about listening carefully, understanding individual needs, building meaningful relationships and helping people feel confident about their future.You willManage enquiries and nurture prospective residents through the sales journeyConduct village tours and showcase the lifestyle and advantages of retirement livingBuild strong relationships with residents, families and referral networksGenerate new enquiries through community engagement and local networkingPartner closely with Village Managers, Marketing, Legal and Development teamsMaintain accurate CRM records and sales reportingNegotiate contracts and support settlementsConsistently deliver an exceptional customer experienceYou will play a key role in representing BaptistCare within the local community and helping more people discover the benefits of retirement living.Why Join Us?
