You will lead a small team of Case Workers working closely with our administration team on rostering, and playing a key role in keeping our residential services running safely and smoothly, day and night.What You Will DoLead and support Case Workers delivering day to day supportHold primary responsibility for the on-call phone and roster, acting as first responder for incidents, staffing gaps and urgent mattersOversee service delivery ensuring consistent,



high quality support for all participantsCoordinate with the administration team on rostering in line with the SCHADS AwardLead quality assurance and risk management for residential services, in line with the NDIS Practice StandardsBuild strong relationships with participants, families, guardians and other stakeholdersManage incident reporting, documentation and escalatae matters as neededSupport recruitment, onboarding and day to day supervision of your teamWhat You Will BringRelevant qualifications and experience within Supported Independent Living or Accommodation modelsExperience supervising or leading a teamA person-centred, strengths-based and recovery-focused approach to your workSound knowledge of NDIS systems, processes and the Practice StandardsStrong communication skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressureA current open C Class driver's licence valid in AustraliaCompletion of NDIS Worker Screening, including a valid Blue Card, or willingness to obtain theseFirst Aid and CPR certificates, or willingness to obtainExperience with Brevity Care Software is an advantageWhat We OfferA genuinely significant leadership role with real autonomyA supportive Executive team and transparent escalation pathwaysOngoing professional developmentCompetitive salary in line with the SCHADS Award, plus applicable allowances
