dependencies and resource constraints across multiple projects and teamsManage program forecasting, variancereportingand financial risksLead strategic initiatives from initiation through delivery and benefits realisationPartner with our Change Management Practice to help ensure change is embedded and sustainedInfluence teams and stakeholders across the business, often without formal authorityWhatyou'llbringWe'relooking for someone who can think beyond individual projects andoperateconfidently at aprogram level-balancing the big picture with the detail needed to keep delivery on track.You'llbring a strong background inprogram,projector PMO management, including experienceestablishingor building PMO capability across complex, multi-workstream programs.You'llalso bring:Strong program governance,planningand prioritisation skillsExperience managing meaningful program budgets,forecastsand financial risksA track recordof delivering measurable benefits against a business caseConfidence working directly with senior executives and leadership forumsThe ability to build trust, create alignment and drive outcomes in a highly matrixed environmentStrong reporting,presentationand stakeholder management skillsExperience coordinating vendors or external partners as part of program deliveryExperience with tools such as Jira,Airtable, Confluence, Power BI, advanced Excel or similarPractical experience using AI-enabled tools and automation to improve planning, reporting or analysisGood judgement around privacy, security and confidentiality when delivering technology-enabled changeExperience in legal, professional services or another regulated environment would be valuable, as would Agile, PRINCE2,



PMP or change management certification.
