Service Coordinator - 12 Month Fixed Term Parental Leave ContractOne of our valued Service Coordinators is about to go on parental leave, so we are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, qualified and self‐motivated Service Coordinator to fill in while she is away.We are currently predicting that this role will be twelve (12) months, full time, but that may change depending on her needs and with a commencement date towards the end of September ****.Reporting to our Service Support Centre Manager - ANZ, you'll play a crucial role in coordinating activities for our Field Service team, which serves clients across Australia.Key responsibilitiesScheduling and coordinating service jobsAnswering customer enquiries and helping resolve issuesProcessing service reports, invoices, and service agreementsAssisting with quotations and renewalsSupporting spare parts orders and general service adminWorking closely with the Service Support team to keep everything on trackAbout youHigh level of attention to detail,
