Our ten studios caterfor children aged six weeks to sixyears, across two beautiful centres.At Capalaba Kids, we are currently seeking Qualified Educators to join our established teamof dedicated professionals.We are participating in the Worker Retention Payment Grant!
If successful you will receive an additional payment on top of your above award pay rate.The successful applicantfor thisrolewill:Take pride in the presentation of the centrePossess a genuine desire and commitment for working with childrenMUST hold a Cert III or Diploma in Children's Services (or be working towards*)Willing to work 5 days a week between open and close of the serviceBe willing to work as part of a team to provide high quality care for childrenBe willing to open and closeExpress a genuine passion or interest in the Reggio Emilia philosophyDemonstrate excellent communication, organisation and time management skillsShow a clear understanding of the NQF (National Quality Framework), EYLF (Early Years Learning Framework) and if applicable QKLG (Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines)What's in it for you?
