If you've spent the last few years building your technical capability and want to actually use it - this is it.The RoleYou'll take ownership of contaminated land projects across a genuinely varied portfolio, supporting the team lead while guiding juniors.Lead PSI / DSI reporting and technical deliveryOversee remediation works including complex legacy sitesMentor junior consultants and grads on reporting and fieldworkManage multiple projects concurrently — keeping delivery tightAct as the go-to for quality output across the teamProjects include:Former power station (diesel + complex contamination)Coal mine closure and decommissioning projectsWaste and resource recovery sitesSingleton Bypass infrastructure projectLandfill reopening and regulatory-driven worksWho You'll Work With / Culture FitThis is a practical team: no egos, no over-engineering, just people who want to deliver positive work.The Newcastle office has historically been held back by location, hence the move into the CBD.
