Trade Assistant / General Labourer – Heavy Vehicle WorkshopWe are a small, locally owned business based in Molendinar on the Gold Coast.
We specialise in heavy vehicle repairs and spray painting and are looking for a Trade Assistant / General Labourer to join our team.We are looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking and happy to get in and help out wherever needed.
The role will involve a range of general workshop duties including assisting our tradesmen, removing and refitting vehicle parts, sanding and preparation work, washing vehicles, cleaning and keeping the workshop organised.Experience in a workshop or similar hands‐on role would be great, but isn't essential.
We are happy to train the right person.
More importantly, we're looking for someone with a good attitude, who turns up on time and is willing to learn.For someone who is keen to develop their skills or work towards a trade,



we're also happy to support further training or apprenticeship opportunities for the right person.One of the biggest benefits of working with us is the work/life balance.
Our standard hours are:Monday to Thursday – 6:00am to 2:30pmFriday – 6:00am to 12:00pmOvertime is available from time to time for anyone who wants the extra hours, but it isn't expected or required.We pay above award rates and believe in giving our team a positive balance between work and life outside of work.Applicants must have a current driver's licence and be able to work full-time hours in Australia.If you're looking for a hands‐on role with good hours, no weekend work and a small local team, we'd love to hear from you.
