This role suits someone who leads with clarity, and knows how to keep product, people, and processes moving in the right direction.Overseeing end‐to‐end warehouse operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, efficient stock flow, and high‐performance logistics, this role requires a hands on leader to ensure incoming and outbound parts movements are seamless to both interstate locations and customers,



and consistently high DIFOT performance.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational and Warehouse leadership - team of approximately 8 - 10Oversee internal incoming goods and stock transfers to other states and customersInventory management - stock takes, discrepancies and accuracyFinancial/Cost Management - labour and transportContinuous/process improvement, WHS, lead lean initiativesWhat you bringProven experience in warehouse/DC management with multi-site operationsStrong understanding of inventory control and transport coordination.Ability to lead teams, manage labour efficiently, and work autonomously.Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement capability.Solid grasp of compliance, safety, and operational best practice.Demonstrated ability to improve processes and drive measurable resultsA solid salary package will be negotiated with the successful candidate based on experience.PLEASE NOTEThis role is open only to Australian Citizens or Residents, or those will full working rights in Australia.
