Work with a national team and grow your careerHybrid work model, we offer a flex workplace with 2 days WFHThe OpportunityThe Customer Master Data Analyst is accountable for the integrity of customer master data along with the process and outcomes for the company's centralised customer account set up.Engage with stakeholders to ensure customer onboarding practises are maintainedWork in conjunction with project teams in relation to system development, acquisitions and customer on-boardingFacilitate training for customer activations with internal team memberDocument work processes to support and educate the businessConduct credit checks and assess risksLiaise with relevant stakeholders in regards to outcomes of risk assessments as well as work with internal & external auditors upon requestAbout youStrong background in customer master data management and governance in a large, complex organisationDemonstrated experience in maintaining and analysing a large customer in multiple systems (Salesforce, MDM & JDE)Strong knowledge of commercial customer on-boarding practisesStrong knowledge of credit scoring processesProven experience in understanding the integration of data between multiple systemsPrevious experience in a leadership capacityHybrid Flexibility: We know flexibility is key, so we have a hybrid model to suit!
