Job responsibilities:
Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress in the medical record.Work 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts.Prepare patients for diagnostic tests or procedures and provide post-procedure monitoring as indicated.Maintain infection prevention practices and safe medication administration standards.Perform focused reassessments and escalate concerns through appropriate clinical channels.
