The ideal candidate will have experience working with mechanical and electronic equipment, vehicle-mounted systems, and field support operations.This role involves both in-house and on-site technical work, including equipment installation, repair, testing, and remote support for operational teams.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble and disassemble hardware systems in workshop and field environmentsInstall, test, troubleshoot, and repair hardware equipment and vehicle-mounted systemsReplace and maintain computer, camera, PCB, cable, and mechanical componentsPerform refurbishment and maintenance of equipment and hardware partsSupport field teams remotely by guiding operators through troubleshooting procedures and system testsCollect and document technical information during troubleshooting and repair activitiesSupport engineering and operational teams during testing and data collection projectsPrototype and test advanced hardware equipment, including cameras, geolocation systems, cables, and mechanical framesTrain technicians and operators on newly introduced hardware systems and operational proceduresEnsure proper handling and operation of tools, safety equipment, and workshop materialsMaintain accurate records using ticketing systems, spreadsheets, and internal communication toolsRequired QualificationsEducationHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredB.E.
/ B.Tech degree preferredExperience2-3 years of relevant experience in hardware operations, field support,
