Reporting into the State Director - Asset Management, this Facilities Manager role is responsible for delivering best‐in‐class facilities management across a diverse property portfolio.
The role focuses on ensuring assets operate safely, efficiently and compliantly, while building strong relationships with tenants, contractors and internal stakeholders.
Working closely with the Property Managers, you'll play a key role in enhancing asset performance, driving sustainability and ESG outcomes, and supporting the long‐term value of the portfolio.

What You'll be Doing
Supervising and monitoring all operations and maintenance of the property portfolio of assetsFamiliarity and monitoring of correct operation of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, fire services and other systems and equipmentLiaising with tenant and service contractorsCompliance with the relevant legislation and organisational processesEnhancement of the management and performance of the propertyWorking closely with the Property Managers to implement strategies to enhance the NABERS ratings or other relevant ESG ratings for the properties in the portfolioContractor management including tendering of services where applicableManagement of tenant work order maintenance requestsAssisting the Property Managers to prepare the annual operating expense and capital expenditure budgetsReporting and documentation in line with client and organisational procedures
What You'll Bring
Previous experience in Facilities Management.Strong tenant and stakeholder focus,



with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.Proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem solving and decision making.Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Robust written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to engage with a range of stakeholders.Energetic, motivated and driven, with a positive attitude and commitment to achieving results.
