North Ryde Golf Club is looking for a driven Functions Coordinator to grow our event and function business while creating memorable experiences for our members and guests.As the first point of contact for all things functions and events, you'll manage bookings from enquiry through to execution, develop new corporate and community business (including working alongside our golf team on corporate golf days), and partner with our hospitality staff to make sure every event runs without a hitch.What you'll do:Be the go-to person for function and event enquiries, quotes and proposalsProactively grow new business — corporate, social and communityPlan and deliver flawless events,



from run sheets to on-the-day executionBuild and maintain our annual social calendar and keep listings up to dateSupport digital marketing campaigns to promote what's onWhat you'll bring:Experience in events, functions or hospitality coordinationA proactive, sales-minded approach to winning recent businessSharp organisational skills and an eye for detailGreat communication skills and a professional, member-first attitudeFlexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as neededThis is a full-time, ongoing role reporting to the Clubhouse Operations Manager, working within a close-knit team across golf, hospitality and clubhouse operations.Ready to bring energy and ideas to our events calendar?
