Century 21 Aaron Moon Realty is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our growing team.
This is a full-time position that offers a fantastic chance to make a direct impact on our residential property management operations.
As Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of multiple residential properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction, property maintenance and compliance with all relevant legislation.
This role is pivotal to maintaining the reputation of our portfolio, and you will work closely with our leasing team, maintenance contractors and property owners to deliver exceptional service standards.
You will work alongside a dedicated Assistant, Trust Account Manager, and BDM.

Key responsibilitiesManage and maintain residential properties on behalf of owners, ensuring properties are well-maintained and compliant with all legal requirementsConduct regular property inspections and coordinate maintenance and repairs with approved contractorsHandle tenant enquiries and maintenance requests in a timely and professional mannerEnforce lease agreements and manage tenant relationshipsKeep detailed records of all property transactions, maintenance, tenant communications and compliance documentationEnsure compliance with relevant residential tenancy lawsWhat we're looking forProven experience as a Property Manager,



ideally managing multiple residential properties within the Australian marketStrong knowledge of residential tenancy laws and regulations relevant to QueenslandExcellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple properties and priorities simultaneouslyOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with tenants, owners and contractorsProficiency with property management software and general computer systemsAttention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentationProblem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressureCustomer service orientation with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences to tenants and property ownersA valid driver's licence and willingness to travel throughout the local area for property inspectionsRelevant qualifications such as a Real Estate License or Property Management certification (preferred)What we offerCentury 21 Aaron Moon Realty is committed to supporting the career development and well‐being of our team.
