This is a varied role suited to someone who is robust technically, commercially minded and enjoys being involved in a project from tendering and pricing through to delivery.
The successful candidate will have solid experience using Espro and understand the electrical construction industry, but will also have the ability to assist with project administration, QA/QC, procurement, variations, documentation and general project management support.
NOTE: Must be currently residing in Australia with valid Australian work rights (Onshore applicants only).
Key responsibilitiesPrepare detailed electrical estimates and tenders using EsproReview drawings, specifications, scopes and tender documentationComplete take-offs, labour/material allowances and subcontractor/supplier pricingObtain and compare supplier and subcontractor quotationsIdentify exclusions, assumptions, risks and opportunitiesPrepare tender submissions and commercial documentationAssist with tender negotiations and post-tender clarificationsMaintain accurate tender and pricing recordsProject Administration & CoordinationAssist Project Managers with the day-to-day administration of projectsAssist with procurement, purchase orders and material trackingPrepare and track variations, RFIs,
