About the Prospect
Campbells is proud to be part of Metcash's Food Service & Convenience business, with years' experience supplying restaurants, cafes, clubs, pubs, schools, healthcare, and convenience customers across Australia.
We're now looking for a driven Business Development Representative to join our Victorian team, working out in the field to grow and manage a territory of Campbells customers.
Reporting to the State Field Sales Manager, this is a hands‐on, customer‐facing role for someone who thrives on building relationships, spotting opportunities, and turning them into profitable, long‐term business.
You'll manage an existing base of accounts while actively hunting new business across the Convenience, FMCG and Foodservice categories .

What are we looking for?
Proven sales and customer relationship management experience within the Foodservice industry is highly regardedStrong communication and organisational skillsFMCG, foodservice or wholesale industry experienceAbility to analyse sales data and identify growth opportunitiesStrong commercial acumen and the ability to identify profitable sales opportunities.Confidence using Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools to analyse customer and sales performance
