From bulk excavation to detailed shaping, trenching, and working around services, you'll operate modern plant and equipment to help bring our designs to life, safely, precisely, and efficiently.YOUR GENERAL DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:Operating excavators (1.5T-20T) to complete detailed excavation, site cuts, trenching, and material movementReading and working from plans, levels,



and set-outsConducting daily pre-starts and ensuring machinery is maintained in safe working orderWorking collaboratively with supervisors and ground crew to meet project milestonesSafely working around services, structures, and other site elementsAssisting with general site tasks when not on the machineEnsuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standardsWHAT YOU'LL BRING:Proven experience operating excavators on landscape, civil, or infrastructure projectsRelevant plant operating tickets and White CardA strong understanding of excavation techniques, levels, and safe work practicesAbility to work to plan and follow supervisor instructionsGood communication skills and a team-first attitudePhysically fit and happy to assist on-ground when neededHR/MR licence and additional plant tickets (advantageous)WHAT WE'LL BRING:This is where your operating skills help shape lasting community spaces.
