You'll lead frontline teams, coordinate operational priorities, monitor performance and work closely with supervisors to keep the operation running efficiently.While vehicle processing and workshop activities form an important part of the role, you'll also play a key role supporting wider compound operations, workforce coordination, production planning and operational problem-solving across multiple areas of the business.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced operational leader who enjoys working closely with people, improving processes and making a visible impact on performance, safety and customer outcomes.Key responsibilitiesLead daily operations across workshop, yard and wharf activitiesCoordinate resources and workflow to achieve production targetsSupport vehicle processing, accessory fitting and operational activitiesMonitor operational performance and drive productivity improvementsLead daily toolbox and pre-start meetingsCoach,
