We are building a structured, performance-driven business with strong systems, leadership, and operational excellence from day one.We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive membership growth and lead sales performance across our gym locations, working closely with Head Office and club leadership teams.This is a pivotal role responsible for membership sales strategy, CRM management, and revenue performance, ensuring strong lead conversion, consistent sales processes, and outstanding member experience across multiple locations.The RoleReporting to Head Office, you will lead sales performance and provide commercial and operational support across the business.
You will oversee membership sales, CRM management (Clubfit), sales reporting, and performance tracking across gym locations.You will work closely with both Head Office and gym managers to ensure sales systems and processes are implemented effectively, targets are achieved, and customer service standards are maintained.Key ResponsibilitiesSet and monitor sales targets and KPIs for each clubAnalyse sales trends and performance to identify growth opportunitiesPrepare weekly and monthly sales performance reportsWork with gym managers to improve conversion rates and membership growthOversee the effective use of the CRM system (Clubfit) across all locationsMonitor lead pipelines,



follow-ups and conversion trackingEnsure accurate sales data entry and reporting across clubsSupport improvements and automation within the CRM systemTrain and guide teams on best practices for lead managementMonitor membership revenue, retention and arrearsTrack sales activity, lead response times and follow-up standardsWork with gym managers to optimise pricing strategies and promotionsSupport rollout of new membership offers and sales campaignsEnsure consistent sales processes and customer experience across locationsCompliance & Process StandardsEnsure sales processes follow company policies and documented workflowsMonitor adherence to membership terms, contracts and policiesMaintain accurate records of sales activity and customer agreementsIdentify operational risks and escalation issues where requiredAbout You3-6+ years' experience in a Sales Manager, Membership Manager, or Sales Leadership roleStrong sales performance and team leadership capabilityExperience managing CRM systems (Clubfit or similar)Robust analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales dataExperience in multi-site operations, fitness, retail or hospitality highly regardedHighly organised with strong attention to detailConfident communicator able to work with both Head Office and club teamsWhat We OfferOpportunity to join a new and growing premium fitness brandExposure to founders and senior leadershipAbility to shape sales systems and processes from the ground upCompetitive salary with performance incentives aligned to experience
