Managing the end-to-end fortnightly payroll processInterpreting Awards, Enterprise Agreements and employment conditionsEnsuring accurate calculation of wages, penalty rates, allowances and leave entitlementsManaging payroll tax, reporting and compliance obligationsProcessing payroll adjustments, reconciliations and audit checksResponding to payroll queries and providing support to managers and employeesMaintaining payroll data integrity and employee recordsIdentifying opportunities for process improvements and efficienciesPartnering closely with Finance to support reporting and payroll integration

About You
We're looking for someone who is highly detail-oriented, enjoys working through complexity and takes ownership of their work.

Demonstrated experience in end-to-end payroll processing (min. 3-4 years)Strong Award and Enterprise Agreement interpretation skillsSound knowledge of payroll tax and payroll compliance requirementsExceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracyA proactive and solutions-focused approachStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsA willingness to continuously learn and deepen your understanding of Awards, EAs and employment conditions
